New fees for debit cards

New monthly fees are introduced for Premium debit cards. Now a 4.95$ monthly fee will be deducted from epay account balance of the user who purchased and activated his Premium debit card. Users who already purchased debit cards before will be switched to monthly fee automatically, but monthly fees will not be deducted for all past months when the card was active and used.
