Fund refers to loading your EPAY account. You can choose bank wire or credit card.

How can I send/spend money from my EPAY account?

EPAY offers debit cards and prepaid credit cards, single, recurring/subscription and multiple transfers to other members. EPAY offers prepaid virtual credit cards and MasterCard debit cards for you to spend money with.

Is there any EPAY debit card limits?

Yes, there are limits. You can withdraw up to USD 2,500 per day from ATM with your epay debit card.

Is EPAY secured?

EPAY utilizes all latest technologies in data encryption, backup storage, 128-256 bit https account access, IP protection, passwords, digital signatures and more so that transactions would be completely secured and fast.

Where can I use EPAY virtual credit card?

EPAY prepaid virtual credit cards can be used for online purchases wherever credit card is accepted: Google, Paypal, Ebay, Google Adwords, millions of online shops that accept MasterCard.

Can I reload my EPAY virtual credit card?

Yes, you can reload your epay prepaid virtual credit card.

Do I need to pay any security deposit for any EPAY card?

No security deposit is required to use EPAY cards. You can utilize the entire amount that you transfer to this card.

Can I use my EPAY virtual credit card for Paypal verification process?

Yes, you can verify your Paypal account using EPAY prepaid virtual credit cards.

Do I need to have an ID to use EPAY card service?

EPAY values your privacy. Cards do require ID for activation in accordance to laws and regulations. All secure personal information such as IDs is not shared with third parties.

What should I do if I lose my password?

Click on the forgot password link on the homepage. You will be prompted for your email id with which you have registered in EPAY. Once your email id is verified, EPAY will send you a new password instead of the old one for security reasons.

Does EPAY offer referral program?

EPAY has an affiliate program where you earn 10% commission from all transaction fees of all new members you refer. Your own website is very simple to remember: www.epayarea.com/123456 where 123456 is replaced with your EPAY account number. You should give this link to your friends, pals, partners, etc. in order to sign up for EPAY account. Once they sign up - you will be able to track their activity and your commissions earned from each member in the Affiliation page.

When do I start receiving my affiliate commission?

You start earning right after your referred members start transacting using EPAY. Commissions are transferred to your account after each transaction of your downline members is completed.

Please note that in case affiliate commission is less than 0.01, 0.00 commission will be shown in your account history.

What is IP protection and how does it strengthens EPAY security?

For security reasons, EPAY records the IP address from which you have registered. If you are using the same IP you can log in instantly to your account, but if you are using a different IP address, EPAY will instantly send you a special number/word to your registered email address, which you will have to input during the log in process in order to enter your EPAY account. This ensures that you are the owner of the account and all other log in attempts are not allowed.

How can my clients pay to me through EPAY?

You can implement a Merchant Interface on your website or can give your EPAY account number to your clients.

How can I change my password?

Simply click on Forgot Password, fill in the email id with which you have registered with EPAY and you receive your new password in your email.

Can I change/modify the email address with which I have registered?

You can change your email address in the Account info section.

How long does it take to receive a debit card once an order is accepted?

Debit card orders are normally prossessed within 2 weeks and sent by registered mail (tracking number supplied), expect the card to reach you in about 1-2 weeks depending on your country of residence. Additionally you can order courier delivery. In this case delivery will be faster.

Can I start using my debit and prepaid virtual credit card right after receipt?

Once received, first you need to activate, then fund your card in the fund a card section for the amount within your EPAY account balance. Only then you can use your card.

How many cards can I have?

You can have as many cards as you want within a single EPAY account. However it is obligatory to activate cards of same type under different profiles in the same account.

Are transactions reversible?

Once debited from your account, you cannot cancel any transaction. Hence, you are requested to doublecheck each transaction.

How can I know that the transaction is fulfilled?

When the transaction is fulfilled you will see Done in your account History next to this transaction. Manual transactions are set to Accepted when you place your order, and are set to Done when the order is fulfilled.

Can I receive a confirmation to my email when the order is Done?

Yes, you can set this option in Account Info.

How fast are Funding options fulfilled?

Wire transfer transactions are fulfilled the same day when the wire transfer is received. Credit card transactions are fulfilled once cleared which may take a few hours.

How fast are Withdrawal options fulfilled?

Withdrawals (reloads) to epay debit cards and prepaid virtual credit cards are fulfilled same day if placed on a working day.

How fast are Transfers to other members fulfilled?

Single and multiple transfers between members are instant. Recurring/subscription transfers are fulfilled in accordance with the set parameters (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) at 00:05 AM.

How fast are SMS services fulfilled?

Send SMS, Mobile Payments, Invoice by SMS and Pay for SMS Invoice options are instant. Balance by SMS service is fulfilled in accordance with set parameters (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, on date) at 00:05 AM.
